Pic of Back Garden from Hot Tub
Garden   Mulberry house sits above the road in front screened all round by mature trees and hedgerow. The parking area and garage are situated below the main part of the garden which has been carefully levelled all round. Separate sets of steps allow access to the left hand side and to the front of the house. The front garden is laid to lawn with fine views over the valley in front. There is plenty of space to both sides of the house and further lawned gardens and a patio behind. Tucked away in the far right hand corner of the plot is an elevated patio/barbecue area and a covered hot-tub. An excellent area for entertaining friends and family
Pic of Rear Deck
Finally a couple of views from the Hot Tub.   The firs a   view from the Hot Tub along the rear garden, passed the BBQ area, Conservatory and rear Patio toward the side lawn which can be set up with football goals if your have children or a golf practice driving net if you prefer!!

The last shot is the view from the Hot Tub toward Cam Peak.  That little lump beyond the Trees!!

Believe it or not it's not man made.   It's a conical shaped hill on the Cotswold Escarpment several hundred feet above sea level.   If you climb to the top of it you get fantastic views - and it's great to sit in the hot tub and see dots on the horizon (poeple that is) making all that effort while you're lazing in hot water, being bombarded by bubbles and jet, whilst listening to music on the MP3 surround sound, built into the cabin.   Mulberry House - Home from Home with a little luxury built in!!
